How to Order
Online: You can easily order here on our website! Browse our films catalog in our Products section and add to your shopping cart, then check out when you are finished and ready to make your purchase. There are six options to choose from, the DVDs can be sold as singles or as packages, which contains a total of any three films you desire to purchase. Under each film there will be a drag down of the options and costs- singles for institutes, singles for K-12, singles for Non-Profits, package IN, package K12 and package NON. Package IN is for institutes, K12 is for K-12, and NON is for Non-Profits. To order a package, you simply click "package..." of whichever applies to you under the preferred movie and add to your cart. Do so for three films total of your choice to receive the package deal. We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Mail or phone: For orders by mail, you can still use the online shopping cart to create a printed order form that consists of the DVD title(s) or package(s) you wish to order and the shipping and billing information. Otherwise you can print out a blank Purchase Order form and fill it out by hand.

Prices
All prices are effective on 7/21/10 and are subject to change without notifications. Prices are F.O.B. Palos Verdes, CA.

Sales Tax
We are obliged to collect a 9.75% sales tax to those orders within the United States. International orders, however, do not require any sales tax.

Shipping Information
Within the US: We pay shipping and handling charges for prepaid orders to institutes only. If this does not apply to you, then we charge $10 for the first DVD or package and $1 for each additional DVD or package. You will normally receive your shipment within one to two weeks of purchase.

International: If you are placing an order or need your orders to be shipped internationally, please contact us via email infor@w-innovation.com or phone (310) 541- 8040, for more information and a quote on shipping charges.

 Return Policy
All items must be returned 30 days after date purchased. No pieces can be returned once packaging has been opened. If the DVD is damaged, you may return it (first) in exchange for a new one- only of the same DVD title- within 30 days of receipt.

For Non-Profit Organizations, we do offer special fundraising programs; please contact us for more information.

Public Performance Rights

"Public Performance" Rights means the buyer is permitted to showcase that film they purchased in a public crowd- like in a classroom or library. All W-Innovation videos are sold with public performance rights EXCEPT for home videos. Home videos are strictly for HOME USE ONLY.

Duplication Licenses

Institutions, such as libraries, are allowed unlimited downloads and copies ONLY within the use amongst their institute and members. Schools are permitted to make copies within the campus.

Discounts

Discounts are given on multiple video purchases, large orders and purchasing additional copies. Please contact us for more details.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified to us 5 days in advance of the shipping date. There will be a cancellation fee of $10 along with any shipping charges.

Warranty

W-Innovation offers a warranty to protect your purchases, if any DVDs are stolen, lost or damaged, we will replace it for a fee of $20. As long as the DVD or package is still available for sale on the website, then the warranty applies.
